Key points to consider when collecting your rental vehicle.
The vehicle is delivered to the renter at the location and on the date specified in the reservation and rental agreement. Any changes to the pick-up location or time are subject to the approval of RK Group Rent a Car and may incur an additional charge.
The vehicle is inspected together with the renter at the time of pick-up. Any existing damage, scratches, dents or similar conditions may be recorded on the vehicle delivery form and/or rental agreement. Renters are advised to inspect the condition of the vehicle before accepting it.
The vehicle's fuel level is recorded at the time of pick-up. Unless otherwise agreed, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected.
The vehicle's mileage is recorded at the time of pick-up. If a mileage limit is specified in the rental agreement, exceeding the stated limit may result in an additional charge.
The renter is responsible for keeping the keys, vehicle registration, equipment and any other documents provided with the vehicle safe throughout the rental period. Charges may apply if any of these items are lost or damaged.

The vehicle return time is determined according to the return date and time specified in the rental agreement. If the vehicle is returned after the agreed time, an additional rental charge and/or late return fee may apply.
The vehicle must be returned to the location specified at the time of rental. Returning the vehicle to a different location is subject to the approval of RK Group Rent a Car and may incur an additional charge.
The vehicle must be returned in a condition consistent with its general condition at the time it was provided to the renter. Upon return, the vehicle will be inspected for any damage and its overall condition will be assessed. Additional charges may apply for damage beyond normal use, excessive soiling or similar conditions in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected. If the fuel level is lower, the cost of the missing fuel and any applicable service charge may be charged to the renter.
If a mileage limit is specified in the rental agreement, any mileage exceeding the stated limit may be subject to the additional mileage charge specified in the agreement.
If any damage, accident or loss occurs during the rental period, the renter may be required to notify RK Group Rent a Car and provide the necessary reports or documents. Any damage will be assessed in accordance with the applicable insurance terms and the provisions of the rental agreement.
Any charges applicable when the vehicle is returned before or after the agreed rental period will be determined according to the reservation conditions and rental agreement. Additional charges may apply in the event of a late return.
All keys, vehicle registration documents, equipment and other items provided with the vehicle must be returned in full when the vehicle is returned. Additional charges may apply for missing, lost or damaged keys, documents or equipment.
